Order Cancellation Policy

At MagicCarts, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request cancellation, please email us at magiccarts.in@gmail.com with your order details.

If your cancellation request is accepted, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via UPI/bank transfer.

Cancellation After Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product (as per our Return & Refund Policy).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch. Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future orders.
