Return & Refund Policy
At MagicCarts, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
1. Shipping Charges We offer Free Forward Shipping on all orders. However, we do not provide free reverse (return) shipment. Return shipping charges ranging from ₹66 to ₹130 will be deducted from your refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to your bank account or via UPI.
2. Damaged Items (Free Return) If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a free return, provided:
- You have a video proof of damage recorded at the time of delivery
- The video must show the parcel being opened in front of the delivery executive in a single continuous shot without any cuts or edits
3. Condition of Return
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Downloadable or digital products
- Health and personal care items (select products)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned after the 3-day window
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email at magiccarts.in@gmail.com about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via:
- Your original payment method, or
- UPI / Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
Late or Missing Refunds? Please check your bank account first, then contact your bank or card provider as processing times may vary. If you still haven't received your refund, email us at magiccarts.in@gmail.com
Gift Orders
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Please include your order number, reason for return, and photo/video proof (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund amount.
