Return & Replacement Policy

At MagicCarts, we aim to deliver quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Return Window
You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Replacement

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product not as described

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) is required

  • Video proof is required for damaged items (recorded while opening the package)

Replacement
If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).

Refund (if replacement not available)
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from your refund amount, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Photo/video proof (if applicable)
